NFB Thrift Store

The Northshore Food Bank Thrift Store is a re-sale store offering a variety of clothing and household items. The Thrift Store accepts and sells everything from major appliances in good working order to gently used furniture, household gadgets, clothing and jewelry. The Thrift Store relies on the generous donations of the Northshore community and all revenue generated through the sale of these donated items is used to support the on-going work of The Northshore Food Bank.

The Thrift Store also provides free clothing vouchers to Food Bank recipients monthly and provides clothing and household items free of charge to victims of disasters.

The Thrift Store is operated by employees and is supported by many dedicated volunteers who enjoy delving into the many donations received. These items must be sorted, priced and placed in the store for sale. If you would like to learn more about volunteer opportunities at the Thrift Store, click here.

If you would like to donate "gently used" furnishings and appliances, but lack the means to bring them to the Thrift Store, please contact the Thrift Store Manager at 892-5282 to schedule a free pick-up.

The Thrift Store is open to the public Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Items for donation may be dropped off during operating hours, preferably in the morning.
